Information clause for contractors

According to Art. 13 of the general regulation on the protection of personal data of April 27, 2016 (Journal of Laws EU L 119 of 04.05.2016), I inform that:

I.                    Personal data administrator
The administrator of your personal data is Kamil Pawlak, the owner of MECHANIKA ALTERNATYWNA SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ.

II.                 Data Protection Officer
We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer.

III.                Purposes, grounds and period of processing 
The purpose of your personal data processing is:
a) performance of the contract for the purchase and sale of products or services offered by MECHANIKA ALTERNATYWNA SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 point b) of the GDPR - processing is necessary for the performance of the contract, until the end of the contract;

b) financial and accounting - pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 point c) of the GDPR - processing is necessary to comply with the law, including tax, including Article 74 of the Accounting Act, until the time required by the relevant provisions of the tax law;

c) defense against claims and pursuing claims - pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 point f) of the GDPR - the legitimate interest of MECHANIKA ALTERNATYWNA SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, until the expiry of the period of claims in accordance with the Civil Code;

d) conduct complaint processes  - pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 point f) of the GDPR - the legitimate interest of MECHANIKA ALTERNATYWNA SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, for a period of 5 years from the end of the contract; 

IV.                Data recipients
Your personal data may also be accessed by intermediaries in the contractual obligations performed by the administrator, e.g. IT service providers, law firms, courier companies, service companies cooperating with us.

V.                  Rights of data subjects:
You have the right to request the administrator to access your personal data, the right to rectify, delete or limit processing, the right to object to processing, the right to transfer data, the right to withdraw consent at any time, to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

VI.                Information on the requirement/voluntary provision of data
Providing personal data is voluntary, but failure to provide it will constitute a premise preventing the performance of the contract and the implementation of other purposes referred to in point III.
